Project management is one of our core services. We have been providing project management services through our personal experience for more than 29 years, through construction management advice and support; implementing health, safety, security, environment, and quality (HSSEQ) management system.
IKPM has developed project management procedures while executing projects. To ensure the successful delivery of all our projects every time; we have access to a comprehensive reference framework of guidance tools such as BIM, Primavera, etc. Maintaining this gives us a blueprint for our standard approach to proceed and execute.

We provide our services through all Project phases starting from preliminary design, working through all the design phases, contractual documents, tendering, getting approvals from different authorities, testing and commissioning, project handing over and reaching maintenance and renovation of the existing building, preparing reports and giving technical recommendations.
